Three people, two apps, zero marketing department.

We design, draw, code, score and answer the email, all of it, ourselves. No studio building, no investors, no growth team deciding what ships. That is the entire company, and we like it that way.

We started Chili Logic to make the kind of apps we would be happy to hand to the people we love: warm, calm, and free of the tricks that make so much software exhausting to use.

Being three people is a feature, not a limitation.

There is no one upstairs deciding what to ship and no one to hide behind when you write in. Just us, two apps we own outright, and a short list of things we refuse to do.

No names. No headshots. On purpose.

We would rather you remember the apps than our faces. The work is the signature.

The Engineer

Backend (Java) & iOS

Shipping code since 2010. Builds the quiet machinery, servers, Swift, the parts you never see, so the app just works and keeps working.

The Craftsman

Frontend & experience

Argues about a two-pixel margin and half a second of easing, so a four-year-old never has to think about either.

The Teacher

Psychology, pedagogy & words

Part teacher, part child-psychologist, all words. Makes sure every level teaches something and the praise lands like a grown-up meant it.

The short list we won’t compromise on

  • No ads on a children’s app. Not even the “tasteful” kind.
  • No trackers, no analytics SDKs, nothing sold or shared. Ever.
  • No dark patterns, no fake timers, no nagging a child to rate us.
  • No outsourcing the parts that matter. Same hands, start to finish.
  • No bots on support. A real person reads every email.

Small on purpose

Three people, not a factory. Every pixel and every reply comes from the same small set of hands, and we plan to keep it that way.

Honest by default

The apps behave the way we want them to for our own kids: calm, clear, and never engineered to hook a child, even when no one is checking.

We actually reply
