How do I get in touch?

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions (such as premium in Christian Bible: Hollow Prayer) are billed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, choose the subscription, and change or cancel it there. Apple also has a step-by-step guide.

How do I restore a purchase?

Purchases are tied to your Apple ID. If you reinstall an app or move to a new device, open the app and choose Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with. If something is still missing, email us and we will sort it out.

How do purchases work in 99 Math Animals?

The whole game is free. The only optional purchases are coins and an unlimited-hearts unlock, and each one sits behind a parental gate (a quick typed sum), so a child cannot buy anything by accident.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong on our side, email us as well and we will help.

An app is not working, or I found a bug

We are sorry about that. Email support@chili-logic.com with your device model, your iOS version, and what happened (a screenshot helps a lot), and we will look into it.
