Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Chili Logic (“Chili Logic,” “we,” “us”) about how you may use our apps and this website. By downloading or using one of our apps, or by using chili-logic.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

The apps these Terms cover

These Terms apply to all Chili Logic apps, currently 99 Math Animals and Christian Bible: Hollow Prayer, to any future Chili Logic apps, and to this website.

Your licence to use the apps

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use our apps on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not sell, rent, sub-licence, or redistribute the apps, and you may not copy them, reverse-engineer them, or try to extract their source code, except where the law expressly allows it. We keep all rights we do not expressly grant you here.

Apple’s Standard Licence

Because our apps are distributed through the App Store, your use is also covered by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). You can read it at apple.com/legal/…/stdeula. Where these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA both apply, both are in effect; if they ever conflict on a point Apple requires, Apple’s Standard EULA governs that point.

Purchases and subscriptions

Our apps are free to download. Some apps offer optional in-app purchases (such as coins or an unlimited-hearts unlock in 99 Math Animals) or subscriptions (such as premium content in Christian Bible: Hollow Prayer). All payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account; we never see or store your card details.

In our children’s app, every real-money purchase is placed behind a parental gate. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel them at any time in your device’s App Store settings. Refunds and billing are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms.

Acceptable use

Please use our apps and website lawfully and as they are intended. You agree not to disrupt or interfere with them, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use them to harm others or infringe anyone’s rights.

Content and ownership

The apps and their design, artwork, illustrations, audio, and original text are owned by Chili Logic or our licensors and are protected by copyright. Scripture is drawn from public or appropriately licensed Bible texts. Your licence lets you use this content inside the apps; it does not transfer ownership to you.

No warranty

We build our apps with care, but they are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Chili Logic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the apps or website. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including liability to consumers under mandatory local law.

For families

99 Math Animals is made for children. If you let a child use it, you do so as their parent or guardian, you accept these Terms on their behalf, and you are responsible for supervising their use, including any purchases made through the parental gate.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above. If you keep using our apps or website after a change, that means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, where Chili Logic operates. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and nothing here takes those rights away.
